When I checked in the young man working desk opened door for me and was very nice. Breakfast was a normal yogurt, waffle, cereal. But the dining area was cute and clean. Morning staff was also nice. Rooms were clean. Loved it had 2 sinks, one in bathroom as well as a sink in dressing area.

We had a ground floor room (#104) which was very large and convenient. We parked right outside of our room. We stayed there for four nights. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast didn't have much variety, but what they offered was good. My husband got sausage one day, but the other three days there was none (before 8 am).

A basic motel but cleaner than most and the room was large. The location was excellent on the main drag of Sierra Vista. Staff was courteous and attentive. Would stay again.

I was in a situation where I needed a last minute budget stay. It was quiet and overall clean. My only challenge is there were multiple knats in my room. That tells me theres something to be found. I sleptgot uphit the road for a 26 hour trip

It met our expectations. I was pleased that the A/C unit was the quietest one Ive encountered this year. It made sleeping restfully possible. Ive stayed in over 10 hotels/motels so far this year and most A/C units are noisy. One was so noisy it was difficult to sleep. Everything else was in good working order. A bonus was the empty lot next door. Us birders spotted several birds in the morning include a Gambles Quail, Northern Mockingbird, etc.

This past weekend we came down to Sierra Vista to celebrate a few Birthdays with family. After a three hour drive we were able to check in with no issues, walk into a very clean room and relax. This will be our second time staying here and once again we were very pleased! The guests around us are always very nice, the staff is welcoming and the shops and restaurants are super convenient, along with a park to take the kiddos that's only about 2 minutes away! And I must say the breakfast was great! We missed it the first time we stayed but happy we were able to enjoy it this time, good selection and it'll leave you wanting more!

Homey breakfast nook. Because I leave in the morning earlier than the breakfast service period, they allowed me to take some food the night before. Not many places allow this.

The room was nicely decorated and was newly decorated recently. Very comfortable. Location was close to everything we needed. Had benches on the deck by our door which was a nice place to sit even though the view was only the street traffic.
